Happy Birthday

This was created with CAC. The used a touch of liquid glass on the balloon to give it a bit of shine. Pretty simple to make but oh so cute! Love teddy bears. They always make me smile.

is liquid glass the same as glossy accents? I love that stuff but hate waiting to dry :(
